Please note that Epoxy which is UN3082 can be shipped under special provision A197 as non-DG non-regulated item if packaged in less than 5 liter pack. We would be open to shipping it without re-packaging or after re-packaging which ever is commercially more competitive consider difference between DG & Non-DG cargo and re-packaging cost.
