Condition: Holds strictly clean, dry, and salt-free.
Suitability: Vessel must be suitable for Sulphur (IMO Class 4.1).
Cargo Readiness: Holds must be Grain Clean, dry, and salt-free.
Gear: Vessel must be fully geared (Min. 4 x 30 MT cranes). Grab fitted preferred.

Mandatory: Owners to confirm willingness to perform Lime-washing of holds at their time/cost.
Compliance: Full P&I Cover. Vessel/Owners must be Non-Sanctioned and compliant with latest EU/UK/US regulations regarding Russian exports.
Security: Please specify if the vessel is fitted for Red Sea transit (Armed guards/Security protocols) for the Suez/Ain Sokhna leg.
Terms & Conditions:
Freight: USD per MT, FIOST basis.
Quotes required: Please provide Base Freight + War Risk Surcharges (WRS) + Suez Canal Dues separately.
Demurrage / Despatch: To be indicated by Owners.
Commission: 1.25% past us.
