Lufthansa Cargo is expanding its reach in Asia, adding two new strategic destinations to its freighter network: Zhengzhou (CGO) and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX). This move strengthens Lufthansa Cargo's presence in China, a key market for global trade.
Scheduled flights to Zhengzhou will operate three times a week, while Shenzhen will be served twice weekly using Lufthansa Cargo's B777F long-haul fleet, offering customers efficient connections from Frankfurt, the carrier's home hub.
With these additions, Lufthansa Cargo boasts a total of 19 destinations and 47 weekly frequencies across the Asia-Pacific region. This expanded network provides businesses with greater flexibility and capacity for the fast and direct movement of their cargo.
Lufthansa Cargo's expertise extends beyond traditional airfreight services. The company's subsidiaries, heyworld and CB Customs Broker, offer integrated solutions specifically tailored for the e-commerce sector. This includes seamless coordination of shipping, customs clearance, and compliant onward transportation of e-commerce goods, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
By strengthening its Asian network and offering specialized e-commerce solutions, Lufthansa Cargo positions itself as a key partner for businesses looking to expand their reach and optimize their supply chains in the dynamic Asian market.
