We have a buyer interested in exporting from the USA to Guangzhou City, China, refrigeration equipment but the buyer wants us to arrange or at least recommend a good Chinese customs broker who can and is able to clear customs and arrange delivery of the cargo to his location in Guangzhou City.

Are you able to effect customs clearance and arrange for delivery in China?

If so, what documentation is required so that clearance will be smooth and prompt.

We await your prompt response to advise the buyer so we can proceed with the shipment.
