Additional notes: We are Utopie Integrated Services Ltd, a licensed Nigeria Customs Agent based in Lagos, Nigeria, and a subsidiary of Utopie Technologies Inc. (Delaware, USA | Ontario, Canada). We are seeking a reliable freight forwarding partner in China for a two-way co-operation arrangement covering both air and sea freight.

What we need from a partner:

1. Origin-side logistics for China-to-Nigeria shipments — consolidation, warehousing, quality inspection support, export documentation, and international shipping (air cargo and sea freight, both LCL and FCL).
2. Experience handling diverse cargo types including general merchandise, solar and renewable energy equipment, electronics, industrial machinery, FMCG products, and building materials.
3. Competitive and transparent pricing on China-origin air and sea freight to Lagos (Apapa/Tin Can) and Murtala Muhammed International Airport.
4. Ability to handle dangerous goods shipments by sea (with proper classification and documentation).
5. English-speaking operations team for smooth day-to-day communication.
6. Willingness to work on a commission or agreed rate structure for ongoing business.

What we provide on the Nigeria side:

— Licensed customs clearance at all Nigerian ports, representing both the shipper and the importer before the Nigeria Customs Service.
— Duty and VAT assessment, including expertise in applying duty concessions and VAT exemptions on qualifying goods (solar equipment, agricultural inputs, pharmaceuticals, and more).
— Full documentation and regulatory compliance.
— Last-mile delivery to any location within Nigeria.
— Multi-currency payment infrastructure for fast, transparent partner settlements via our fintech platform (utopiepay.com).

— Trade financing options for qualifying Nigerian importers, driving consistent shipment volumes.

For Nigeria-origin exports to China, we handle export clearance, consolidation, and international shipping, and would need the partner to manage destination clearance and delivery in China.
