Additional notes: We are looking for a warehouse facility in Riyadh based on the following requirements:

Core Service: Acting as an Importer of Record (IOR) for our shipments from Europe and China.

Warehouse Area: Approximately 25-30 m².

Operational Capacity: Handling around 30 orders per month.

Logistics Flow: An estimated 50/50 split:

50% inbound shipments to KSA (receiving and storage).

50% outbound shipments (distribution from KSA to end customers within the country).

Operating Hours: Preferably, a facility with 24/7 operation capability for flexibility.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a commercial proposal based on these specifications. Please also include the estimated lead times for order processing and further details on the IOR service.
