• Conditions of carriage: Free in, Free out (FIOS) – charges in both ports at the charterer's expense, bunkers at the Owner's responsibility, agency in both ports at the charterer's expense
• Freight dues: As per the charter agreement – at the charterer's expense

• Arbitration law: Dakar, Senegal
