We are looking for a Customs specialist who can assist us in a critical situation. We are reaching out to request your urgent assistance with a late ISF filing and potential re-export for the referenced shipment.

Due to a pending FDA approval issue, the entry for this shipment has not yet been filed. Given the circumstances—and with the Last Free Day (LFD) fast approaching on June 12—the consignee is considering an Immediate Export (I.E.) to avoid potential storage fees or abandonment of the cargo.

Additionally, the client would like to explore the possibility of obtaining clearance for the portion of the cargo that does not require FDA approval, specifically:

Would it be possible to proceed with:

Followed by a manipulation order, and
