A joint venture consisting of PWC Logistics, Dyncorp International and Parsons Corporation has won the US Navy Global Contingency Services Contract (GCSC) to provide logistics services in response to natural disasters, humanitarian needs, and other rapid response situations. The joint venture, Contingency Response Services LLC, will support the US Navy and other US Government agencies through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for global short-term facilities support worth up to USD$450 Million over a potential five-year period.

The full scope of the contract covers a broad range of services needed to support and sustain contingency operations, including air/land/sea transportation, port operations, range facilities, supply services, housing, and galley and foodservice support. GCSC also requires the provision of utilities and engineering services needed to support US Navy and government relief efforts in response to crisis events.
