It’s official Schenker and BAX Global in Canada are legally merged

Schenker of Canada is pleased to announce that on April 1 2007, Schenker and BAX Global have been legally and financially integrated in Canada. This represents yet another milestone in the integration of these two leading logistics providers, which are now operating as one entity.

“The hard work of the finance and legal teams – in keeping with our integration plan – helped realize this achievement. That integration plan has been at the heart of the success of this merger”, said Claude Germain, Chief Operating Officer of Schenker of Canada. “Our teams proceeded methodically to bring together these two leading businesses. This measured approach has enabled us to retain our talented logistics professionals while ensuring they are fully engaged with our business.”
