Green Cargo is expanding its operations in Norway

As the largest and most experienced player in the rail logistics Green Cargo is now planning to expand its operations in Norway during the spring.

Green Cargo has so far had a fairly small percentage of Norway's rail transportation as opposed to what it looked like in Sweden and Denmark. Now Green Cargo is planning to invest in an expansion in Norway.

Green Cargo is aiming to expand its business in Norway in March 18th, 2016 when the Cargo Link is closed.

- There are customers from the Norwegian market, which contacted the Green Cargo with a desire for us to develop our business in Norway to a greater extent than before, says Green Cargo's CEO Jan Kilström. Green Cargo, we have already discussed to expand our business in the Norwegian market. Cargo Links closure has meant that we have accelerated our planning. We have a good dialogue with our customers and are considered to be an experienced player and good employer.

Today Cargo Link AS, Norway's second largest railway operator, serving most major routes in Norway daily. On March 18, 2016 relates Cargo Link AS to close its rail business.
