The international freight forwarding industry looked on as Bellville Rodair International (BRI) picked up the award for Project/Heavylift Forwarder of the year at the IFW Awards 2010, held last night at the London Hilton.
Widely regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the logistics industry, BRI fought off competition from a number of industry heavyweights, with judges commending its innovation in establishing the Energy Team, a division dedicated to movement of energy-related shipments.
Terry Walpole, BRI Chairman, said: “Our Energy Team is international in its make up, covering a number of our offices globally, and the award is a real team effort”.
