Luxembourg, 3 September 2010 - Following the introduction of Cargolux’s Trans-Pacific Service in April of this year, Europe’s largest all-cargo carrier already announces the addition of a fifth Trans-Pacific service, effective 4 September 2010.
CV 7306 departs Luxembourg at 03.40 p.m. on Saturdays, arriving in Singapore at 09.40 a.m. on Sunday morning and in Hong Kong at 03.35 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Departure from Hong Kong, CV 7317, is at 05.35 p.m. same day, with arrival in Los Angeles on Sunday evening at 06.25 p.m. From Los Angeles, CV 7711 departs same day at 08.25 p.m. with arrival in Luxembourg at 03.45 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
The existing four Trans-Pacific flights depart Luxembourg on Wednesday evening, operated via Almaty, on Thursday evening and on Saturday morning, operated via Beirut and Baku, and on Sunday morning, operated via Riyadh, with arrivals in Hong Kong on Thursday afternoon, on Friday evening, on Sunday morning, and on Monday morning.
Departures from Hong Kong are on Thursday and Friday evening, and on Sunday and Monday morning. These four flights are continued to Chicago and New York, with arrivals in Chicago on late Thursday and Friday evening, and on Sunday and Monday morning, and in New York on Thursday and Saturday morning, and on Sunday and Monday afternoon. Arrival of those four existing flights at Cargolux’s main hub Luxembourg are on Thursday and Saturday evening, and on Monday and Tuesday morning.
On board Cargolux’s Trans-Pacific flights, mostly general cargo is transported.
