Investors sought in building of a Private Bonded Terminal.
The Nigeria Customs Service in a circular dated 14th September, 2005 and addressed to PANALPINA Shipping Company of which a copy was forwarded to us enumerated the guidelines and categories of those qualified to OPERATE a Private Bonded Terminal in Nigeria. In view of this, as a major player in the Nigeria’s Maritime industry and having deemed ourselves fit and qualified in terms of provision of logistics for the operation of such terminal, wish to request from prospective investors to come in as core investors in the project while we will provide the logistics and technical know-how for the successful operation of the proposed Terminal as will be agreed by all parties involved.
A Bonded Terminal is a mini-port or an in-land port to serve as an alternative for the discharge of cargoes in the event that the seaport is congested.
