In accordance with a decision of Belarusian government, "Transaviaexport Airlines" (all-cargo state airline that operates IL-76 aircraft from the base airport at Minsk) is going to start the process of privatization in 2009 year
"Transaviaexport Airlines" is very interested in finding of a strategic investor to joint the process of privatization. Approx. amount of investments needed is about 15 000 000 -16 000 000 USD.
According to the Air Operator's Certificate issued by Interstate Aviation Committee, as well as in accordance with the license issued by State Aviation Committee of the Republic of Belarus No 03050/0193020 dated 01.02.2005 the Airline is granted the rights:
• to operate scheduled and charter air transportation of cargo, including special (dangerous) kinds of loads on internal and international air routes;
• to operate, maintain and repair IL-76 air machinery.
TRANSAVIAEXPORT’s aircraft are also available for ACMI wet lease for short or long periods
Airline’s fleet includes 17 aircraft IL-76 (8 aircraft in operation).

In 2008 year TRANSAVIAEXPORT Airlines established the Branch in Sharja airport SAIF-Zone (UAE) with intention to develop activity in regions of Middle East and Africa.
TRANSAVIAEXPORT's ground support base provides a complete set of technical servicing and maintenance support for IL-76 aircraft and is outfitted with all modern fault diagnosis equipment. The computer facilities make it possible to process and analyze flight data from the FDR's and detect aircraft system malfunctions in time and check flight crew performance. A multi-layer reliability control system has been installed to check the status of all aircraft units, parts and mechanisms.
