International project cargo network, Project Professions Group, is continuing to ensure a smooth ride along the ‘Silk Road’ with a new member for eastern India.
PPG general manager Kevin Stephens said the Sai Freight Group, with over 25 years experience in all facets of logistics and shipping, would have responsibilities for eastern India.

Mr Stephens said the PPG offered clients exceptional support and assistance throughout India with other regional members including Express Transport and Sahil Freight Express.
Sai Group also own and run a 5000 DWT ship around the coast of India carrying heavylift and project cargo besides chartering it to various ports in the Persian Gulf as well as in China including all the river ports. This ship holds a 450 ton inbuilt Derek crane with single piece lifting capacity, and Sai Group plans to purchase a second ship early next year with similar capacity.
Sai’s flexitank division is expanding and can carry non-hazardous liquids such as castor seed oil, edible oil, malt, wine, white oil, base oil, Lubricants as well as latex.
