Managing Director Matt Everard is an avid watcher of the BBC programme having watched all of the previous series. The programme takes sixteen hopeful candidates from all walks of life, splits them into two teams and sets weekly entrepreneurial tasks. “I was watching the programme on Wednesday evening and the inspiration for my new recruitment drive came to me. Our company is growing at an amazing rate so we need good staff to fill key positions” said Everard. “Hopefully I will be able to say “You’re hired!” to someone soon”.
