A mission delegate should make his/her airline reservation at the local American Airlines Ticket Office by phone or in person. The delegate must give the reservation agent the Star Reference name: “AIRCARGO AMERICAS” to be eligible to receive a discounted ticket.
After speaking with the local American Airlines ticket office, the delegate must complete the American Airlines Ticket Request Form and the Air Cargo Americas registration form and fax both to the World Trade Center Miami at (305) 871-7904. The delegate must complete all the information on both forms and include the record locator (6 letters) which he or she will receive from American Airlines. Forms without the RECORD LOCATOR will not be processed.
American Airlines will not issue airline tickets without proof of a completed registration form on file for the show with the World Trade Center Miami.
The American Airlines office in Miami will then issue the ticket electronically. The delegate can pick-up a copy of his/her airline schedule at the local American Airlines ticket office by mentioning the record locator and showing a picture identification.
Delegates must travel between November 3 to November 11, 2007. The ticketing deadline is October 25, 2007. American Airlines will not issue tickets after October 25, 2007.

On June 27, 2007, 23-year-old Captain Barrington Irving secured his place in history as the first black pilot and the youngest person ever to fly solo around the globe. Irving flew more than 24,600 miles in a single-engine aircraft on his 3-month journey. His purpose was to show other youth that if he could achieve his dream, they could too. In 2003, Captain Irving founded the Miami-based nonprofit organization Experience Aviation, Inc. to introduce students to career opportunities in aviation. In 2006, he opened an Experience Aviation Learning Center that offers career inspiration tours and provides after-school programs at local schools.
