The Award was given to Hacis in recognition of achievements in building its SuperLink China Direct service, a one-stop-shop cargo transport solution for airlines, freight forwarders and shippers who require seamless handling and connectivity between Hong Kong and the Greater Pearl River Delta region. The judging criteria were:

* Creative and innovative nature of service

* Create value to customers

* Excellence in market performance

* Contribution to industry and society

Professor K. L. Mak from the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering of the University of Hong Kong presented the Award to Mr. Jimmy Chan, General Manager, Hacis at the Award Presentation Dinner held last night at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

“We are honoured to receive the Greater PRD Partnership Project Award which belongs not only to Hacis but also to our partners in the Greater PRD region. It certainly is a testimony to our seamless cooperation and long-term partnership rooted on mutual trust and respect. Looking ahead, we will continue to work closely with our partners and further expand our scope of services as well as the networks of our Inland Cargo Depots in the Greater PRD region. We are committed to enhancing our services, adding values to our customers and sustaining Hong Kong’s position as the preferred logistics hub and primary gateway for Mainland China in the region.” said Jimmy Chan.
