Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) received another international honour – “Air Cargo Handling Agent of the Year 2007” yesterday at this year’s Air Cargo Week World Air Cargo Awards. The inaugural Awards, organised by the reputable airfreight publication Air Cargo Week, was one of the major highlights of Europe’s leading air cargo exhibition & conference Air Cargo Europe held from 12th to 15th June in Munich, Germany.
In the fair and open on-line voting nomination conducted by the Awards organiser, Hactl received the highest number of votes due to its outstanding performance in committing to investment and time saving techniques, achieving measurable performance standards and high levels of care and being a multi-service provider offering special facilities.

The Award Presentation Ceremony was held at Munich Trade Fair Centre, Germany on 13th June 2007 with the attendance of about 700 executives from airlines, airports and professionals from the logistics industry.
Apart from receiving the Award, Hactl has also set up a booth at Air Cargo Europe, one of the largest air cargo industry events, promoting the competitive edges of Hong Kong as the preferred air cargo and logistics hub in the Asia Pacific region.
