Reliable Freight Forwarders Pvt Ltd (RFF) has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with the Hong Kong based Kerry Logistics.

Asked for detials on the tie-up, Mr Sekar stressed that this venture would offer a major enhancement to both companies, as India and China were witnessing profound economic activities. Moreover, it was easier for Kerry Logistics to gain a foothold in India using the market presence and operations base of RFF, while, on the other hand, Kerry Logistics could introduce RFF to the Far East markets, which offer immense inward potential.
Both companies stood to gain because of the synergies of the infrastructure and strong market presence in their respective locations.
The new company will be known by the name of Kerry Reliable Logistics Pvt Ltd in India, though in the Far East it will remain as Kerry Logistics.
