Pangaea Languages
It's not only arrogant to believe that everyone should communicate in your language, it's bad business practice. Pangaea has been developed to operate as a global product that allows each user to select the language of their choice. Once a choice has been made, the interface and all communications are able to be viewed in the chosen language. This applies to every party involved in a particular transaction.
Here's an example of how it works:
An English-speaking user logs into Pangaea and views the details of a particular order. Their partner in Italy logs into Pangaea and views the same details in Italian. The exporter, located in Munich, sees the application in German. The details are the same but the language is different.
Pangaea currently translates into 16 languages / dialects:

And as an additional feature, Pangaea localises date formats, making the system even more user-friendly (and global).
