Order Process Management

Pangaea's Order Process Management feature provides freight forwarders, importers and exporters with a colour-coded snapshot of the progress of their orders. It takes no more than a couple of seconds for a user to see if an order is meeting all milestones. And to alert users even sooner, sections coloured red indicate an unplanned situation.

What's more, users do not even have to be logged in to become aware of impending problems. The Order Process Management feature automatically notifies all relevant parties via email if an order is running late (or even early) at any stage of the forwarding process. Users can then take action to get the order back on track, before a situation becomes critical.

And Pangaea has designed the Order Process Management feature so that is can be configured according to each user's own Configurable Business Logic. It's not 'one size fits all'; it's 'one size suits all'.
