Pangaea’s new MAWB tracking feature enables forwarders to access up-to-the-minute status information about air freight, directly from the airlines. There is not even a need for forwarders to log into the system. They can receive regular emails detailing current system status, as can their clients.

And forwarders have a choice of how much information they want sent to their clients. There are four levels of integration. Forwarders just select the level of integration they want, based on the amount of information they delivered to their customers. It’s that simple.
