Q. When will my order be despatched?
A. All orders for standard maps are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. If goods are out of stock or there is to be a delay you will be notified upon receipt of your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched, with an estimated delivery timescale.

Q. How will my order be sent?
A. Depending on your location, item(s) will be despatched to the UK by first class mail, AirSure to countries where it is available then all others by Airmail (International signed for ™).

Q. How long does the delivery take?
A. Usually next day for the UK, 2 - 4 days via AirSure and 6 - 10 days by Airmail.

Q. Can you supply a map to my own specification?
A. Yes, we can supply bespoke maps.

Q. What if I wanted our name or logo printed on a map?
A. Yes, we offer that service too.

Q. What are your maps printed on?
A. Paper or Encapsulated.

Q. What is encapsulation?
A. It is a thin plastic coating on both sides sealing the paper map. This provides a much more durable finish protecting the map from liquids.

Q. What is a political map?
A. This means that all the countries are demarcated in a different colour. All political maps also include hill shading, one of the aspects that has made them so popular.

Q. What is a physical map?
A. A physical map shows the terrain and relief of the world and is generally coloured in greens and browns.
