The 15th “Storage transportation Logistics STL 2008” International Exhibition.

The Exhibition is held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian federation, under support and with participation of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and the Federal Customs Service.

The Exhibition enjoyed the recognition of the international exhibition community since March 2007 and received the official UFI label “UFI Approved Event” then. Since 2004 the Show also carries the label of RUEF, the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.
The economy of Russia survives the steady growth for already several years in a row. It faces the booming demand for special goods. Commercial and residential real estate is also growing rapidly. All that makes a necessity to build modern and highly developed storage complexes, to raise full service logistics companies. These enterprises have to work fast and precise to let customers make their business well and with no delay.
Such domestic and foreign technologies and achievements can be exposed and seen on STL 2008 Exhibition. The growing economic needs, the continual business aim for quality, speed and safety make the exposition important and popular.

Over the last 10 years the Sklad. Transport. Logistika exhibition has experienced 4 times rise in exhibition space and exhibitor attendance. Last year the show hit the record with 240 participants from 24 countries showcasing modern equipment, services and solutions in the space of 5 600 sq.m (net).

About 8 000 industry experts visited the STL’2007 show and participated in its business programme, which is a 48% increase from the previous year. Total visitor attendance was nearly 11 700.

The Exhibition shows significance and a role of transport and warehouses as important logistics elements, and advanced information technologies necessary for automation of make business process.

Participation of leading machine building, freight and forwarding, and logistics companies from a lot of countries makes STL’2008 a large-scale international event.

The entire number of events aimed to promote an applicatory offtake of logistic projects, modern technical resources are traditionally taken within the Exhibition Business Program. They also assist to establish ties between Russian and foreign colleagues in the field of logistic business.
