Q. What if they have moved and we don’t have their new contact details?
A. We commence a tracing system.

Q. Does the debtor pay you or us?
A. The debtor pays you the full amount then we invoice you for our commission.

Q. What if they refuse to pay a debt?
A. If the debt is genuine they face the risk of being placed on a black list and their credit risk may be affected.

Q. How do you get paid?
A. If we feel there is a possibility of recovering our fee from the debtor then we shall endeavour to do so. However, our fee is always your responsibility.

Q. What if the debtor incorrectly claims that the debt is disputed?
A. Knowing that FreightDebt is involved will pressure them into resolving the dispute amicably.

Q. What happens if you don’t recover the debt?
A. In the event that we are unsuccessful you do not pay our fee and the debtor, if they are still trading is blacklisted.

Q. Are you lawyers?
A. No, but we know and understand the freight industry.
