DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S acquires full ownership of DFDS Transport (Bangladesh) Ltd

DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S (part of the DSV Group) has acquired 80% of the shares of DFDS Transport (Bangladesh) Ltd., which now is a wholly-owned subsidiary.

DFDS Transport (Bangladesh) Ltd. has a budgeted annual turnover of DKK 20 mill.
in 2007 and has 15 employees working at the location in Dhaka. The company will
change its name to DSV Air & Sea Ltd. as soon as possible.

The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price.

With this acquisition the DSV Air & Sea Division hereby further expands the
existing position in Asia and the Sub Continent, in which region the division
is now represented with own companies in 12 countries and approx. 1,000 employees. Also in 2007 a strong growth is expected in the region.
