SAS Cargo introduces direct capacity between Stockholm and Beijing

More frequencies between Scandinavia and Beijing and direct capacity between Stockholm and Beijing are among the changes in the new summer traffic program. The three weekly all-cargo frequencies between Shanghai and Copenhagen remain unchanged.

- China is a very important market for SAS Cargo, and with the introduction of the direct capacity between Stockholm and Beijing we are able to offer our customers in Scandinavia and China a more differentiated transport solution, says Kenneth Marx, President and CEO of SAS Cargo Group A/S. The capacity between Stockholm and Beijing will be approximately 150 tons weekly.

The belly capacity between Shanghai and Copenhagen will discontinue as of April 8th, however the all-cargo capacity between Shanghai and Copenhagen will remain unchanged.

Even though the belly capacity move from Shanghai to Beijing we maintain our current freighter capacity, approximately 200 tons weekly, between Shanghai and Copenhagen via our cooperation with Air China Cargo, Kenneth Marx says.
