International Logistics Salary Survey

Unemployment has been decreasing rapidly in most developed and developing countries, whilst the Logistics Industry is internationally growing at a much faster rate than average economic growth. These two factors are leading to a shortage of talent in the logistics industry. This shortage means that companies have to be more creative to attract employees. Often competitive compensation packages alone are no longer enough.

In order to provide the Logistics Industry with the required information to effectively attract talent, Europhia Consulting has just launched an International Salary Survey. The collected data will enable Human Resource Managers to benchmark their compensation strategies against industry practices.
