Blue Dart Express Limited ownership now 100% in DHL's hands

Blue Dart Express Limited, the Indian express company has notified the
Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India confirming the delisting of its shares.

This action is following the
successful purchase by its major shareholder DHL of Singapore which is
now the 100% owner of the express operator and air carrier.
