Key US appointment announced

British Airways World Cargo today announced the appointment of David Shepherd to the position of Vice President Commercial of the Americas. Shepherd will be responsible for all commercial activity in both North and South America and will report to Baba Devani. He will be based in New York and takes up his new role in October.

Shepherd joins the US team with 15 years experience at British Airways, six of which have been spent within the cargo division. Most recently he held the position of Regional Commercial Manager for the UK and Europe, and prior to this he held the position as Area Manager in Africa.
