Bromma Wins Major New Marathon™ Orders From Kone Cranes

The world’s leading crane spreader company, Stockholm (Sweden) based Bromma Group, has won new orders for 23 Marathon™ spreaders from leading container crane OEM Kone Cranes.

A total of 15 Bromma Marathon™ all-electric yard crane spreaders have been ordered for delivery to Ilychevsk, Ukraine and the USA terminal of Massport (Boston, Massachusetts). In addition, 8 Marathon™ separating twin-lift yard crane spreaders have been ordered for delivery to the terminal of Marvalsa (Spain).

Worldwide, Bromma continues to set sales records for Marathon™ all-electric spreaders. In addition to the Kone Crane orders, other ew Marathon™ all-electric spreader contracts during June and July 2006 include:
An order from Gulf Piping for 10 Marathon™ all-electric spreaders for delivery to Marport, Turkey
An order from Kalmar for 10 Marathon™ all-electric spreaders for delivery to Yanzhou and other terminals
An order from Liebherr for 4 Marathon™ all-electric spreaders for delivery to Termont
