DSV - Invitation to investor teleconference

DSV invites investors, shareholders, analysts and others to participate in the investors’ teleconference on 23 August 2006 at 11.00 a.m.

At the meeting, which will take place in English, DSV will present Q2 for 2006. It will be possible to ask questions.

Participants from DSV will be: Kurt K. Larsen, Managing Director and Jens Lund, Chief Financial Officer.

Investor teleconference by phone

The phone number to the teleconference is +45 70 26 50 40 and questions can be asked. It will not be necessary to give prior notice in order to attend the teleconference.

Investor teleconference via websites

The teleconference can be watched via DSV’s website on www.dsv.dk or by the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on www.cse.dk. It will only be possible to ask questions by calling the teleconference. Please notice that Microsoft Media Player is required in order to watch the teleconference. Microsoft Media Player can be downloaded free of charge from both websites. It will be possible to test the line switching at the mentioned websites in the hours up to the teleconference.
