Tschudi expands North Sea service
Shortsea operator Tschudi Line is increasing capacity on its North Sea service operating between the UK and Scandinavia.
The 390 TEU Angela will replace the 417 TEU Lilly Mitchell, which will then begin operating on a new service from 1 August.
Although the Angela’s TEU capacity is lower, it can hold 43 45ft containers compared to the 30 of the Lilly Mitchell.
The Angela will have a weekly rotation of Rotterdam, Drammen, Moss, Larvik and Esbjerg while the Lilly Mitchell will have a rotaion of Esbjerg, Immingham, Moss and Larvik.
