CARGOLUX BOARD OF DIRECTORS NAMES MARC HOFFMANN PRESIDENT

During its meeting of 16 April 2008, the Cargolux Board of Directors has unanimously elected Marc Hoffmann as its new President.

This re-organization among the directors of Cargolux results from a wish expressed by Pierre Gramegna, Director General of the Chamber of Commerce, to be relieved from his duties as President of the Board in order to better focus on his other activities and responsibilities.

At a shareholders’ meeting held earlier today, the following persons were elected to serve on the board for a one year term expiring at the next annual general assembly:
