Norbert Dentressangle Group increases its stake in intermodal transport company NOVATRANS

Norbert Dentressangle Group announced its acquisition of 10.48% of the capital and voting rights in intermodal transport company Novatrans from the SNCF Group, thus bringing its total stake to 10.91% of the capital and voting rights.

The transaction is consistent with the Norbert Dentressangle Group’s plans to expand its range of services by developing combined transport solutions. It is also in line with the Group’s commitments in the area of sustainable development, particularly in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
