DSV Invests in Pakistan

DSV has bought 20% of the shares in Country Logistics (PVT) Ltd. in Pakistan, and has an option to acquire the remaining shares. The company will be operating under the name DSV Air & Sea (PVT) Ltd.

Country Logistics (PVT) Ltd. has been DSV’s partner in Pakistan for the past three years and has an annual turnover of approx. DKK 25 mill. Within the next three years DSV expects to acquire the remaining 80 % shares.

Country Logistics (PVT) Ltd. employs more than 100 people from the six offices; Lahore (head office), Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Islamabad, Karachi and Sialkot. Hence we are located in major air- and seaports in Pakistan.
