Secondly, our system automatically sends out confirmations, which are specified as:

For Exports:
- booking confirmation to you
- warehouse confirmation to you
- shipment confirmation to you with copy to the agent at destination

For Imports:
- pre-advise to c'nee
- arrival notice to c'nee
- pick up confirmation to c'nee with copy to you.

These confirmations allow you to spent your time on valuable matters and still be updated with your latest shipment information, without asking for it continiously.
