Cat Logistics To Provide Integrated Logistics Solution to Oil Search Limited

Oil Search Limited (OSL), an oil and gas exploration and development company, and Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. (Cat Logistics), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., have announced plans for Cat Logistics to provide an integrated logistics solution that will support OSL’s oil and gas exploration and production operations in Papua New Guinea (PNG).

As part of the five-year agreement, Cat Logistics will provide a solution comprised of warehouse, operations, inventory, event, and transportation management, as well as consulting services in the area of purchasing. The master distribution facility will be located in Singapore, and staffed by Cat Logistics professionals serving OSL throughout operating facilities in PNG.

Cat Logistics’ expertise and ability to provide an integrated logistics solution will have a positive impact on OSL’s oil and gas exploration and extraction operations.”
